Welcome to ANM Shoes. By accessing or placing an order on our website (anmshoes.pk), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms    

By using our website, browsing products, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Website Use              

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt fraud, or interfere with website functionality.

ANM Shoes reserves the right to restrict access or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Product Information  

We aim to provide accurate product images, descriptions, and sizes. However:

Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

Sizes may vary depending on style and manufacturing.

Availability is subject to stock changes.

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and offer an alternative or refund.

4. Pricing & Payments        

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

We reserve the right to update prices without notice.

Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or any available online payment method.

For COD orders, customers must provide accurate contact and address details.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation      

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message or call.

Orders may be cancelled if:

✔ the product is out of stock

✔ the provided information is incorrect

✔ the order is suspected to be fraudulent

Customers can request cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order (before shipment).

6. Shipping & Delivery              

Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on location.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.

7. Returns & Exchanges        

Our return/exchange policy applies to eligible products only.

A customer may request an exchange if:

The wrong product was delivered

The product has a defect

The size does not fit (exchange only, no refund for size issues)

Conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) are issued only for damaged/wrong items.

8. Intellectual Property Rights   

All content on anmshoes.pk, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of ANM Shoes.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ANM Shoes is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier services

• Losses due to incorrect address provided by the customer

• Minor variation in colors or styles

• Damages caused after product use

• Our maximum liability is limited to the order amount paid.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to our data practices.

11. Changes to Terms

ANM Shoes may update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes take effect immediately once posted on this page.
